Get an online memorial page that will give you the ability to share photos of your loved one as well as being a safe place for people to share happy memories or messages of condolence.
Our memorial site allows you to embed videos, post links to other social media sites, as well as raise money for your favourite charity.
Option 2
Chose one of two personalised memorial plaques.
Our 6cm x 13 cm anodised aluminium all weather plate can be attached to multiple surfaces, such as benches or gravestones.
The mounted memorial plaque is better suited to indoors either at home or a place they used to frequent such as a club or sporting venue.
Option 3
We’ll send you the personalised QR code in a digital format, a printed all-weather plate and the indoor memorial plaque.
Plus you will also get 2 wallet cards and a 4Ever Cherished keepsake box.

At 4Ever Cherished we are passionate about allowing everyone’s memories to live on, not just now, but forever.
Traditionally a Memorial is reserved for public figures and major events, we can now offer EVERYONE the ability to share those cherished memories that may have gone from sight but have never gone from your heart.
Developed with the help from Funeral Directors with 25 years of experience and the latest QR technology, we aim to be the bridge that connects the past with the present, ensuring your loved one’s legacy can live on.

WHAT WE DO
We will set you up with your own personalised Memorial site and email you a QR code that people can scan to view and add their own content, honouring lives, sharing stories, and preserving memories. Together, we can ensure that the legacies of our loved ones live on, forever cherished in our hearts and minds.
You also have the option to add an all weather anodised aluminium plate or mounted plaque which are personalised with the QR code and can be placed somewhere special to you.
We will continue to host your site, making sure that it stays up to date with any security or technological changes. This way we can guarantee the site will be active for as long as you want it.
How does it work?
Chose the option that is right for you
Select from one of our 3 options and complete our information form once you have made payment. You will only have to supply us with a photo and some basic information about the deceased.
We set up your website and QR code
Receive an email within 48 hours to your own Memorial website and QR code. Then you will be able to post your funeral announcement and add the QR code to the order of service. We will send you instructions on how to use the site as well as links to how to videos.
Add Content
Upload your photos, add videos and memories and place your memorial plaques at a location that is special to you.
Celebrate a life and invite others to do the same
Start sharing the memorial page with family and friends easily by sharing the QR code via email, Facebook, X/Twitter or text message. They will then be able to leave messages and share their own memories for you to see.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely, the page is yours to do what you want. However if you need another QR code there may be an additional charge.
Yes, you will have full control of who and what can be posted. Once someone posts a condolence you will be alerted by email to approve the post before it goes “live”.
Please remember though, the reason for a Memorial page is so that everyone can celebrate the life of this person. So please bear that in mind when selecting what images you want the public to see.

Yes simply share the link or post the QR code we send you on to a social media site.
The QR code is designed to be a quick and easy way for people to access your Memorial page by using their smart device. This means that you can share those precious memories in lots of creative ways. For example, attach the QR code to a gravestone or have a plaque made to place on a bench, a tree or at a place they spent most of their time. What about placing it on a memory bear or an urn? Or if you are arranging the funeral have it printed on the order of service, the possibilities are endless.
